Group visitor registration

Use the general visitor registration form to pre-register one representative as a visitor.
After pre-registering as a visitor, you will receive an email with your ID and password for your " Visitor My Page " and "HCJ App."
Please keep your ID and password safe as you will use them in STEP 3.

After pre-registering, please register your group visitor request below.

• Once the Secretariat has completed the group visit registration procedure, the representative of the group will be contacted by email.
• After receiving the email from the secretariat, log in to your " Visitor My Page ".
• Visitor's My Page > Edit Profile and perform "Bulk registration of group visitors" (see figure below).

  *In this case, the representative does not need to complete the "Group Visitor Bulk Registration."

• After bulk registration, an ID and password for the "Visitor My Page" will be generated for each visitor.
• The representative of the group visitor will download the ID and password information for each member from the screen above and inform each member.
• The "Visitor My Page" allows visitors to use the same functions as general visitors, such as registering to attend seminars and downloading business card information for digital business card exchanges.

The representative of the group using the bus should send the following information to the secretariat by email ( hcj@jma.or.jp , toshiyuki_sasaki@jma.or.jp , eri_maruyama@jma.or.jp ).

• Name of company attending the group
• Name of representative of group
• Representative's mobile phone number
• Representative email address
• Bus company
• Number

On the day of your visit, please board and disembark at the boarding and disembarking point next to East Hall 1 (more details will be provided separately at a later date).
