STEP01

Pre-registration

Please complete the pre-registration below by 5:00 PM on the day before your preferred interview date.

Scheduled to start in late November 2026!

STEP02

On the day of the exhibition

Please bring two business cards with you to the press reception (press room).

Information about press reception (press room)

Opening date and time	March 16 (Tue) - 19 (Fri), 2027, 9:30-17:00 (until 16:30 on the last day)
location	Tokyo Big Sight East Exhibition Halls 4, 2nd floor, Business Meeting Room (1) (planned)

*On the day of the interview, please come to the press reception (press room) and present two business cards.
Once we have confirmed that you are a member of the press, we will provide you with the following:

Press badge: Can be used every day. One badge will be given per person per registration.
Armbands: Only available to those with cameras.
Request regarding coverage: Please read and abide by the rules.
Releases: Releases from the organizers and exhibitors will be available in the press room. You are free to take one.

*The "Floor guide map" has been transferred to the HCJ app and will no longer be distributed in paper form. Please download the "HCJ app" in advance from the link below.

*The HCJ app can be used without logging in, but some functions are limited.
To log in, you will need to Visitor Pre-registration , just like general visitors, and will need the ID and password provided in the thank you email (Visitor Pre-registration is scheduled for late November 2026).

Requests regarding interviews and photography

Interviews (including photography and video) of exhibitors, visitors, or seminars must be conducted with the consent of the subjects of the interview.
Recording of business negotiations is strictly prohibited.
If you are attending the concurrent seminar, please come directly to the venue at the start time.
Unauthorized reproduction of the projection materials and distributed materials used in the seminar is strictly prohibited.
If you wish to publish content from a lecture, you must obtain permission from the speaker.
