Early Bird Application Deadline

With the early bird discount, you can save approximately 70,000 to 80,000 yen per booth!

September 30, 2025 (Tuesday)
Early Bird Payment Deadline

After submitting your application, we will send you an invoice.
If you are having difficulty paying by the due date, please contact our office.

September 30, 2025 (Tuesday)
Regular exhibit application deadline

Registration will close once all booths are filled, even before the deadline.
Applications received after the deadline will be placed on a waiting list.

October 31, 2025 (Friday)
Regular application payment deadline

After submitting your application, we will send you an invoice.
If you are having difficulty paying by the due date, please contact our office.

November 12, 2025 (Wednesday)
Exhibitor My Page Opens

A login ID and password will be sent to the address registered as the exhibitor representative.
On Exhibitor My Page, essential information for exhibitors will be posted in due course .

Visitor pre-registration begins

Pre-registration for visitors will begin on the official website.

The success of your exhibit depends on your advance preparation.
Please be proactive in attracting visitors to your company's booth.
Exhibitors' "Company information and exhibited products" published

The "Company Information and Exhibited Products" entered on the "Exhibitor My Page" will be published on the "WEB Guide and HCJ App."
