What is a Basic Booth?

What is included in the "Basic Booth"

The following 1) and 2) will be carried out and handed over by the Secretariat.

  1. Basic booth (system panel specification), booth number plate, back panel, side panel
  2. Electrical installation
    • Primary mains installation up to 100V/300W capacity per booth
    • Wiring inside the booth (including installation of breakers)

    *Exhibitors will be responsible for any main line construction that exceeds the supply capacity, secondary electrical construction (within the booth) such as switchboards and outlets, and electricity usage fees.

Booth Type

The booth type will vary depending on the number of booths desired.
In addition, if you wish to have two-sides or three-sides open booths, you may need to apply for the "booth option" depending on the number of booths you apply for.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your application after submitting it, you will be charged the following cancellation fees.
If you reduce the number of booths during the period below, a cancellation fee will be charged for the reduced number of booths.

From the day after each application deadline (early, regular) to the day before the applicable date below
50% of the exhibition fee excluding tax
On the day of an exhibitor briefing session or at an exhibition where an exhibitor briefing session is not held
After the announcement of the exhibition booth layout
100% of the exhibition fee excluding tax

*The same cancellation regulations apply to cancellation of various paid options.
